Pro! Managing notifications: Automatic or Manual?

Paper.li is known and loved for helping save small business owners and marketers time with automation. Our users adore our simple email notifications and easy to configure promotional Tweets and Posts to help ease their daily workflow.

We hear often from our users that daily or weekly automated posts help greatly in distributing information to teams and co-workers.  But sometimes automation isn’t the right solution for a community. An industry round-up may need more attention to detail or to be manually groomed before it is published. That’s where Notification Control comes in handy.

When you enable the Notification Control feature, you stop automatic alerts and posts from being sent with when the latest edition goes online. You are in control of when your emails and any promotional Tweets or Posts are sent, which is perfect for anyone who wants, or needs, to manually go in and edit out or reposition content before an edition is promoted.

We’ve put together this quick video on how to activate Manual Notifications, where to set your publishing schedule and how to customize your messaging.
