We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the service outage that took the newsstand offline. We appreciate the time and effort that you put into the creation of your papers and recognize the inconvenience that the outage has caused you. We are truly sorry!

Although we have tested the service extensively before bringing it back online, it is possible that some papers created or modified after March 8 have lost setting changes or may no longer be accessible. In these rare cases, papers would need to be re-created or modified.

For any questions you may have about your papers, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to hear from you.
